Important Installation Notes: • The alignment threads are for positioning only and should not be overtightened – they are plastic and will break if forced. Hand-tighten just enough to hold position. • For aftermarket dashes (such as carbon fiber dash panels that lack the factory emblem holes), the alignment threads can be easily removed with snips or a knife, and the emblem can be installed using the 3M adhesive alone.
