Refunds, Returns and Exchanges Overview
- Initiate your return within 30 days of the purchase date by accessing our Returns Portal to generate a one-time use pre-paid label. Note that a $9.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your total for returns.
- Please note it could take 3-5 business days to process and refund your order. You will receive a confirmation email once it has been processed.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to appear back on your original payment method.
- Initiate your exchange within 30 days of the purchase date by accessing our Returns Portal to generate a one-time use pre-paid label. Note that the $9.99 shipping fee will be waived for exchanges.
- Exchanges will ship out within 5 business days after being processed and will take 3- 5 business days to arrive.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.

- Please include a note with your name, address, size, desired style or color, and reason for return. Must be in new condition with tags and original packaging present. It your item is visibly washed or worn, we will send back to you as is.
